There are a lot of benefits of self-care as it helps in reducing stress, improving mental health, increase in productivity and enhance self-awareness.
🌈Here are some self-care practices: -
- Taking short breaks in between your work as to stretch, breath, or practice mindfulness.

- Making your screen time less as in regularly disconnecting from technology a little earlier to reduce stress and increase productivity.
- self-love, treat yourself with kindness, understanding and maintain a skin care routine to treat your skin in a regular basis.
- Spend time with nature and with your friends and family that support you in making your self-esteem bloom.
